<image:title>Kim Todd - Kim Todd, M.A., LPC Licensed Professional Counselor Clinical Director</image:title>
<image:caption>Kim is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #5707) in Colorado and has been working as a therapist since 2008. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2004 with a BA in Biochemistry and graduated from the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs in 2008 with a MA in Counseling and Human Services. Kim specializes in EMDR for trauma, DBT to help regulate emotions, and working through family of origin/attachment related issues. For those clients that are needing it Kim can provide a faith based worldview to help support these therapeutic interventions. Trauma: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) is an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals heal and recover from traumatic and disturbing events in their life. Our brains are designed to naturally heal and process traumatic events. When that natural healing process does not occur, traumatic events can lead to ongoing symptoms of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress-related issues, etc. EMDR helps the brain to heal from these traumatic events when natural healing does not occur. Kim is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist. DBT: Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a type of cognitive behavior therapy with a specific set of skills to help individuals regulate their mood, improve relationships, increase mindfulness, and get through a crisis effectively. DBT skills are very effective in helping individuals who struggle with Borderline Personality Disorder, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other symptoms. Family of origin/attachment related issues: Our family of origin is the family that we were born or adopted into that carries its own specific set of values, beliefs, roles, and rules. Kim spends time with her clients helping them to understand these roles, understanding Attachment Styles, learning about healthy vs unhealthy families, and healing from the deep loneliness that can occur when there is no emotional attachment to a caregiver. Kim has worked in a variety of settings to include hospital, residential treatment, and outpatient community mental health. She enjoys working with teens, adults, and can provide group therapy. Kim is a former Full Operating Provider for Juveniles for the Colorado SOMB (Sex Offender Management Board) and has testified in court on multiple occasions. She enjoys exploring Colorado with her husband and 3 boys, exercising, cooking, reading, and volunteering regularly at church and her kids' school.</image:caption>

<image:title>Grace Enick - Grace Enick, MSW, LCSW (She/Her) Licensed Clinical Social Worker</image:title>
<image:caption>Grace is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently living and practicing in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She began her career in social work while enrolled in an accredited social work undergraduate program at Chatham University, where she is now an Adjunct Professor. While working towards her first degree, Grace developed an expressive-art outreach program for children and youth experiencing homelessness in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, her hometown. The program evolved and expanded, partnering with more than a dozen non-profit organizations to provide wrap-around care to gender and sexual minority youth and young adults. While earning her MSW degree at the University of Pittsburgh, Grace’s social work practice shifted into a clinical setting where she provided mental health services to children enrolled in a school-based partial hospitalization program. It was in this position where Grace began to expand her knowledge of trauma-informed care, child-centered play therapy, attachment-based therapy, and crisis work. Grace developed an animal-assisted program where she used the human-animal bond to help children learn about self-regulation. After moving to Colorado in 2019, Grace furthered her career while working in public education. As a School Social Worker, Grace was responsible for multiple roles: mental health interventions, special education evaluation and instruction, case management, community organization, and behavior consultation. Grace worked with educators, administrators, and families to support students in their unique environments. It was in this position that Grace deepened her understanding of family systems, grief and loss, and the transformational power of relationships.</image:caption>

<image:title>Chelsea Schor - Chelsea Schor, MS, LPC, ATR-BC (She/Her) Licensed Professional Counselor & Art Therapist</image:title>
<image:caption>Chelsea Schor is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. She received her bachelors in Pre-Art Therapy & Honors Humanities from Indiana Wesleyan University, and then went on to receive her Masters in Art Therapy & Counseling from Eastern Virginia Medical School. Chelsea has interned at a private school, residential treatment facility and Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She then went on to work in community mental health care with an intensive outpatient and rehabilitation program, and private practice. Art therapy is a mental health profession in which the creative process is used as the avenue for the client and the art therapist to build a therapeutic relationship. Through art therapy, the client can express themselves and gain new insight about the self and their place in the world. However, Chelsea is also trained in traditional therapy, so she opens the space for the client to express themselves in whatever form feels most comfortable for them. Chelsea uses her training in trauma-informed art therapy, person-centered therapy, grief counseling, and family attachment to inform how she relates to her clients. She is currently a nationally board certified registered art therapist with the Art Therapy Credentialing Board. As she has encountered clients from many walks of life and identities, she is humbled by the power that expression and reflection-whether verbal or creative-have to bring understanding and healing to those in the therapeutic space.</image:caption>

<image:title>Ryan Rhodes - Ryan Rhodes, M.A., LPC Licensed Professional Counselor</image:title>
<image:caption>Ryan is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado as well as a Certified Life Coach. He received a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. Ryan has been working as a clinician since 2014. Over the course of his career, Ryan has worked with a wide range of people struggling with various mental health issues, including severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring substance use disorders, anxiety and depression. Along with adults, he has extensive experience working with adolescents, groups, and families. His work history includes substance abuse treatment in adult outpatient settings, adolescent residential, and community-based treatment. Ryan uses an eclectic model to guide his treatment approach; he works to individualize treatment to best suit each of his clients. An analogy is that Ryan prefers to walk alongside people rather than push from behind or pull from in front. It is his goal to meet you where you are and come alongside you to help make the changes you want to make. Some of the approaches he engages in are person-centered, systems theory, existential therapy, attachment theory, as well as CBT, DBT, EFT, and MI. Some of his hobbies include camping, snowboarding, playing and watching a myriad of sports, and going on adventures with his family.</image:caption>
