As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Alice is thrilled to connect with clients. Alice is licensed in both Colorado and Washington State, and they completed their master’s in social work at Portland State University in 2021. They have over a decade of experience working with children, youth, and young adults across a wide range of settings – including outdoor, academic, and clinical settings. They also have experience providing case management and therapy services to socially and medically vulnerable adult populations. They have about 7 years of social service experience.
Alice finds immense fulfillment in working with adolescents and adults, especially within the LGBTQIA+ community. Their career has allowed them to support individuals navigating a range of challenges, from relationship dynamics to coping with life transitions, managing stress and anxiety, processing grief and loss, and healing from trauma. They have a particular interest in stress and anxiety management, sexual and gender health education, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Alice approaches therapy with a blend of empathy and evidence-based methods. Their practice is rooted in person-centered and trauma-informed care, integrating perspectives from Systems Theory, Family Systems Theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, they collaborate to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
When they aren’t in the therapist's chair, you'll often find them enjoying quality time with family and friends. Their a big fan of tabletop games, live concerts, and writing—whether it's journaling about their adventures or exploring creative ideas.
Whether you're navigating a tough time or seeking personal growth, Alice is there to walk alongside you.
