Accepted Insurances

We currently have providers who are in-network with a variety of insurance plans.

While we are not in-network with all insurance providers at this time, we would be happy to provide you with a superbill for our services, allowing you to file an "out-of-network" provider claim for reimbursement.  Please check with your insurance provider to determine if you are eligible to pursue this option.

  • We have clinicians at all three of our locations who accept C3/SBA.

  • Clinicians at all of our locations accept Cigna at this time.

  • Currently, we have clinicians who are able to accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado.

Payment

Cash, check and major credit cards will be accepted for payment.  Payment is expected at the time of service.

Cancelation Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notification at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 late-cancelation/no-show fee.
