Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
Ann Rowlands, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been a nurse since 2008. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.
Her clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, psychosis, personality disorders, and trauma-related conditions. She is committed to treating the full spectrum of mental health concerns in a compassionate, judgment-free, culturally responsive, and inclusive environment.
Ann takes a holistic, patient-centered approach, meeting individuals where they are and partnering with them to develop treatment plans aligned with their unique needs and goals. Her services include comprehensive psychiatric care across the lifespan, including medication management and non-pharmacological interventions.
In her downtime, Ann loves to be outdoors and enjoys hiking, traveling, and paddleboarding. Her favorite time of year is the fall. She loves the weather, everything pumpkin, spooky season, the NFL football season, and fall activities. She also likes to read and stays busy with her husband, kids, and dogs.
