PSYCHOLOGIST CANDIDATE
We offer the following assessments for children, adolescents, and adults:
Neuropsychological and Psychological concerns
ADHD
Learning disabilities
Cognitive functioning
Diagnostic clarity and treatment recommendations
Personality concerns
We do not offer formal Autism Spectrum Disorder testing, but can screen and provide referrals.
We do not offer court-ordered assessments, disability assessments, or competency assessments.
Insurance and Cost
We do accept insurance for our assessment services. We accept Anthem BCBS of Colorado, Tricare & VA, Simplified Benefits Administration, Aetna Plans, Optum Plans, and UnitedHealthcare/UMR.
Some insurances require prior authorization. If you are unsure if your insurance requires prior authorization, don’t worry, we can assist with that.
Our out-of-pocket rate for assessment is $250 an hour.
However, cost is dependent on assessments required, insurance companies, and prior authorization status. Please consult with your insurance company and our admin team to determine what your cost would be.
Scheduling
Our wait time is typically between 2 and 8 weeks, depending on prior authorizations and insurance. This is much quicker than most places in the area.
Appointments are typically done in either four-hour blocks or (2) two-hour blocks. This depends on the clinician and insurance; our admin team can explain this more during the scheduling process.
Reports and feedback sessions are typically completed in 2-4 weeks. Also, a pretty quick turnaround!
