Best for adolescents and young adults navigating obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues and the person just simply feeling the weight of being human.

Before coming to therapy, you may feel lost, unsure of where to start, or even uncertain how talking to someone could help. You may feel trapped by OCD or exhausted by constant anxiety spirals. You may feel disconnected from yourself and long to experience joy, purpose, or hope again. Some days, the weight of simply being human can feel overwhelming.

Wherever you find yourself, I'm here to welcome you into a space that is tailored to your needs. Whether you need a place to vent, process, grieve, learn new skills, or simply feel heard, my goal is to help you feel supported as you work toward reclaiming your life. You don't have to navigate it alone—I want you to know you have someone in your corner every step of the way.

Therapy with me is like grabbing coffee with someone who gets it. I strive to create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, authentic, and warm while also providing the guidance and tools you need to grow. My goal is for you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, without fear or judgment, and to engage in therapy in a way that feels meaningful to you.

I'm here to walk alongside you through life's challenges, helping you make sense of the past, navigate the present, and build confidence for whatever comes next.

My approach to therapy is rooted in humanistic, person-centered care. That means I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you discover, grow, and become the person you want to be. I strive to show up as my authentic self and create a space where you feel safe to do the same.

I have a special passion for working with individuals navigating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and have specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT-informed skills to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and other emotional difficulties. Together, these approaches emphasize self-exploration, emotional regulation, and building practical skills that can help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.

I grew up in Indiana and earned my undergraduate degree from Anderson University and my graduate degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with adolescents navigating substance use and mental health concerns, as well as young adults and adults facing a wide range of life challenges.

I have training in trauma-informed care and strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time outdoors, hanging out with my husband, reading, finding cozy coffee shops, connecting with people, and enjoying a healthy amount of retail therapy. I believe we aren’t meant to figure life out alone — and I find it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as you do the hard but meaningful work of growing, healing, and discovering who you want to be.

I might be a good fit if you’re looking for a therapy space that feels relaxed, authentic, and approachable rather than stiff or overly formal. I want therapy to be a place you look forward to coming to—a space where you can decompress, process, and learn new skills while leaving each session feeling supported, understood, and empowered.
