Best for adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and feeling stuck or uncertain about what comes next.

Sometimes life brings challenges that leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. Therapy offers an opportunity to better understand your experiences, gain clarity, and find ways to navigate challenges with greater confidence. I aim to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged as you work through anxiety, depression, stress, or major life transitions. Together, we can focus on building coping skills and creating changes that feel meaningful for your life.

I work with adults who are often used to managing a lot on their own, even when things feel difficult beneath the surface. Many clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, uncertain, or stuck in patterns they would like to change. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship creates the foundation for meaningful progress, and I strive to offer a space where you feel supported, empowered, and comfortable exploring your experiences.

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and guided by your individual needs and goals. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), adapting each approach to support your experiences, strengths, and the changes you hope to make.

I am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Colorado. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies and Human Development from the University of Arizona and my Master of Science in Social Work (MSSW) from the University of Louisville. My clinical experience includes supporting adults through anxiety, depression, adjustment concerns, and life's many transitions with compassionate, evidence-based care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, skiing, and traveling. I value opportunities to slow down, connect with the people I love, and experience new places and perspectives.

I might be a great fit if you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, or looking for healthier ways to manage anxiety, depression, or everyday stress. If you're ready to develop greater self-awareness, build confidence in your ability to cope, and make meaningful changes in your life, I'd be honored to support you through that process
