Group therapy provides a collaborative setting where individuals learn from both the therapist and one another. Groups focus on building coping skills, reducing distress, and fostering connection in a supportive, confidential environment.

Turning Pages: A Therapeutic Book Club

Join Lisa and Emily to discuss the book “Are You Mad At Me?” by Meg Josephson.

We accept insurance for this group or clients can self-pay at $50 per session.

Turning Pages will meet virtually on Mondays from 6 to 8 pm, starting January 26th and running through March 16th.

Women’s DBT Group (21+)

Join Kim and Emily to learn DBT skills to help build a life worth living with mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation skills.

Typically, we follow this schedule:

  • Winter: Distress Tolerance Skills

  • Spring: Interpersonal Effectiveness Skills

  • Summer: Break

  • Fall: Emotion Regulation Skills

This group is offered on a rolling basis and will alert you when it is accepting new participants.

We accept insurance for this group or clients can self-pay at $50 per session.

DBT Group meets at the Woodmen office on Wednesdays from 10 am to 12 pm.
