Best for adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, and feeling overwhelmed by life’s expectations.

You may look like you’re holding everything together on the outside, while internally feeling exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or unsure of how to keep carrying it all. Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, struggling to set boundaries, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or trying to navigate a major life transition without losing yourself in the process. Therapy can be a place where you no longer have to carry those experiences alone.

I strive to create a therapy space that feels grounded, supportive, and genuinely human — a place where you can show up honestly without pressure to have everything figured out. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, or a season of change, therapy can help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to build.

I work with adolescents, young adults and adults, creating a warm and collaborative space where clients can process what they’re carrying, better understand themselves, and move toward healing with greater self-compassion and authenticity. My approach is person-centered and tailored to each client’s unique needs, incorporating ACT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and strengths-based approaches.

I hold a Master’s of Education and an Educational Specialist degree in Counselor Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Clemson University, as well as dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Human Development & Family Studies from Anderson University in South Carolina. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor with additional training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Psychological First Aid, and Motivational Interviewing. I also continue advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), shame-informed treatment, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Outside the therapy room, I enjoy getting lost in a good book, spending time with my dog, Bagel and finding meaningful connections in everyday life.
